RichHTML (vb 6)

RichHTML : RichHTML is a programme similar to Notepad in that it allows one to create web pages by directly editing the html code, yet it is quite different in that it is focused on facilitating such a task by allowing a great rage of customisation. One can simply call the programme fully customisable rather than enumerate, because of the great deal of customisation available.
